  • Worked and trained overseas in France, Italy and Sweden

  • Last 10 years overseeing sales and production in the beef and catfish industry as Vice President of Sales and Production

  • Has 2 daughters

  • Born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama

  • 609 took 1st place for our gumbo in the "Chicken & Fish" category in the Mosaic Mentoring's annual fundraiser, Taste of the Tennessee Valley (2024) and in 2025 we took 2nd place for chicken and dumplings in the "Appetizer" category. 

  • Michael was invited to compete in Huntsville's Rocket Chef 2025 benefitting Merrimack Hall. There were only 4 area chefs invited to participate. Rocket Chef provided the attached photos.
